Grammar: More than one Reese?

by

While I’m sure the blizzard is still great, Harry Burnett Reese might not like this sign.

In fairness to the owner of the sign, apostrophes were most likely not included when the sign letters were purchased. Sign letter manufacturers probably have no interest in being grammatically correct, so why should they bother including punctuation marks.

I don’t know, Mike. I used to change the sign at church and it included all kinds of punctuation marks. It looks like laziness to me.
